So for the maglock, it works great and does what it’s supposed to. A bit challenging to set up at first. When the bolt is locked back and mag lock button doesn’t really go all the way in between the receivers because they’re tight so I have to press and pull out the mag with my hand. I would also get rid of the juggernaut kit. You could keep the rear take down pin but the kingpin is a better one. There are multiple kits that allow you to keep last round hold open, bolt hold back, and magazine replacements/fix malfunctions with the bolt locked back. Ar maglock, houge, ke arms are a few that let you achieve that.
The arm of the maglock was shaved down about 40% of the thickness and it's still not enough to clear the ambi pedal when the maglock is pressed. As its shown in the pictures, it is just enough to clear the pedal when not pressed. I run the HF + ar maglock gen 2 I just bought a ar mag lock gen 2 for 30$ + strike industries bolt catch for $20 and called it a day. Works well for me. Didn’t want to spend 100+ on a new system and I know the kingpin and hogue are backordered or. Shipping is slow. With a little bit of filing of the detent, you can disengage the lower from the upper when the bolt is locked back or stuck and still drop the mag.
